Millicent is a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor working towards the completion of her final year of her MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby. She is driven and enthusiastic about providing support to those experiencing difficulty through a non-judgmental, empathic approach. She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and Person-Centred Therapy in an integrative way, along with an empathic and non-judgemental approach.

Millicent wishes to further her counselling compassion and abilities by specialising in sleep and self-image concerns. Millicent holds a DBS and is an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She follows their ethical framework and guidelines using engaging in professional development courses and fortnightly supervision to further her development as a Therapist. Millicent practices from the Sunrise Wellbeing Therapy Centre where she provides 1:1 face-to-face therapy sessions for Young People (16+) and Adults.
